The Community Arts Council of the Alberni Valley is the driving force behind arts-based community development. We host two major festivals in the year; the Family Arts Festival and the Harbour Quay Light-Up. We support our local artists by holding memberships and events that provide much needed support and advocacy for the arts. We are in our 61st year!
